Terms & Conditions

By booking a holiday property through Grampian Property LTD, the holidaymaker and party agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

  1. The hiring contract shall be between the holidaymaker and the holiday property owner. Grampian Property LTD acts only as agent/manager.

  2. The holiday property must be left in a clean and tidy condition at the end of the holiday let. Any additional costs for cleaning must be paid by the holidaymaker.

  3. To make sure that the holiday property is securely locked when not occupied during the let. To allow access by the agent for the purposes of maintainance of equipment, fixtures and fittings.

  4. Breakages must be replaced or reimbursed to the agent. Soaked or damaged mattresses must also be reimbursed to the agent.

  5. The holiday property must be used soley for its purpose as holiday accomodation.

  6. Any accident, illness, injury or loss that occurs at the holiday property is not the responsibility of Grampian Property LTD.

  7. The number of occupants must be limited to the number stipulated on the web site and printed information given out by Grampian Property LTD.

  8. Pets, where allowed must be kept under control at all times. Pets are not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms. All pet hair must be removed from carpets and furniture prior to leaving.

  9. The property must be vacated at the termination of let.

  10. Any disputes will be settled in accordance with Scots Law.

  11. In the case of the cottage not bieng available on the date stated on the reciept/acknowledgement slip, Grampian Property Ltd cannot guarantee alternative accommodation. In this case the full rental will be returned to the holidaymaker.

  12. The completion of a booking request form and payment of deposit constitutes an offer by the holidaymaker. A contract comes into force when the holiday cottage owner accepts the booking.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have any cause for complaint, then Grampian Property LTD must be contacted immediatly.

Grampian Property LTD must be allowed to rectify the situation.

If you are still dissatisfied then a written complaint should be lodged with Grampian Property LTD or the property owner within seven days of the end of your holiday.

GOOD HOUSEKEEPING deposits may be required on certain properties.
