Craighill stands in its own grounds in a very quiet area of Keith, close to the Strathisla distillery. Keith boasts a number of small independent shops, pubs and restraunts.

Nearby is the railway station where you can catch a train to either Aberdeen or Invernes. A five minute walk will take you to the Keith Town station, where in the summer months a train can be taken up to Dufftown.
